About This Game

A tidy room can still hide a bad stay.

Step into the role of a hotel inspector in Room Service Report. Work through guest rooms in first person, test their fixtures, look for overlooked problems, and turn what you find into a report. A stained sheet, a faulty lamp, or a leaking tap can change your final decision.

Look Closer

Inspect the bed, bathroom, desk, wardrobe, minibar, windows, and entry. Open furniture, check fittings, and search the places a quick glance would miss. Separate real faults from harmless details before you flag a problem.

Build Your Case

Photograph the evidence and record your findings on your tablet. Classify faults and judge their severity. Clear framing matters: a good report needs more than a hunch.

Make The Call

Decide what happens next. Clear the room for guests, send housekeeping, call maintenance, or take the room out of service. Your inspection is judged on what you found, how you classified it, the quality of your evidence, and the decision you made.
