LETICULUS is a retro roguelite exploration shooter in which you venture into a strange and mysterious world. Each run is different and every discovery could change your fate.

Choose your pilot and set out on an adventure filled with hidden secrets and dangerous enemies, while building a ship that looks and plays your way. Mix and match ship parts to create radically different designs, abilities and weapons, with over a billion possible combinations to discover.

Unlock new ships, pilots, and items with every run, while you push deeper toward the mysterious summit… and discover what awaits you at the top.

• Roguelite exploration – Explore the unknown through random levels within five strange and unpredictable worlds packed with secrets, hidden areas, dangerous enemies and much, much more. No two adventures are the same.

• Create a unique ship – Combine more than 20 main ships with interchangeable parts to create radically different designs, weapons and abilities, resulting in over a billion possible combinations with vastly different playstyles. Experiment until you find what fits your playstyle… or discover something truly unexpected.

• Make every run your own – With hundreds of different charms to equip and special attacks to unleash, you may create combinations that are overpowered, bizarre, surprising… or even completely useless.

• Choose your pilot – Take control of a diverse cast or pilots, each bringing different starting conditions and possibilities to the table. Who will you take into the unknown?

• Face deadly enemies & bosses – More than 30 different enemies stand between you and the summit, each ready to make your journey harder. And at the end of each level, formidable bosses await you to stop you in your tracks. Victory won’t come easy. Can you do it?

• Your choices matter – Every run is filled with decisions: Choose which paths to choose, which items to claim, and which risks to take. Sometimes, the safest road leads into a deadly trap.

• Death is just a temporary state – You will die. A lot. But each adventure can unlock new ships, pilots, items, special attacks, making future adventures different. Upgrade your ships with the claimed currency and push deeper into the unknown.

• Made with love – LETICULUS is a passion project made by one person. From the pixel art and music to the story, mechanics and world, everything was created by one developer with a love for retro games and exploration.
