About This Game

Bring back the light. Before you lose your bearings.

A shipwreck. A dark lighthouse. The sea as far as you can see. No Light At Sea is a survival crafting adventure for 1–4 players, set off the coast of Brittany. Turn a crumbling tower into a refuge and work your way up to the lantern. Your best hope of rescue is above you. Everything you need is out in the waves.

One more haul before nightfall

Cast your grappling hook for drifting wreckage, fish for your next meal and explore the rocks exposed at low tide. That distant piece of salvage could be just what you need. Can you get it home in time? After dark, the water is deadly. When storms roll in, even the platform is no longer safe.

Build a refuge worth coming back to

Every plank matters. Turn driftwood, rope and rusted metal into tools, supplies and repairs. Restore the lighthouse floor by floor, unlock new recipes and bring its machinery back to life. Between expeditions, cook, rest and prepare: the next storm will test your handiwork.

Go it alone or team up with up to three friends online. Split the tasks, bring in the supplies, secure your equipment and count heads before closing the door. Someone left a tool outside. Who's going back for it?

Some things should stay beneath the surface

The last keeper, Yann Le Gall, left questions behind. Follow his journals, piece together clues and compare what you think you saw. As your bearings slip, the familiar takes on another face. Breton folklore and Lovecraftian unease haunt your climb, framed by dark low-poly shores and pockets of warm light. How much do you really want to know about the sea outside?
