Locate her Massage Points and successfully treat them to reduce her Pain Gauge. Bring it down to zero to complete the stage and unlock new equipment, skills, items, and shops.

Sore Spot... or Sensitive Spot?

Not every interactive point is meant to relieve pain.

Some special areas will increase the giantess's Excitement Gauge instead.

It may not help you clear the stage directly, but if you know what you are doing...

High excitement can unlock unexpected discounts and hidden items.
