Tired, or just cold? Hungry, or after something sweet? In Cafe Sapa, nobody orders what they want.

• Read the room and serve what each guest actually needs, not what they ask for.

• Every round gives you a set number of servings, so a careful read is worth more than a lucky guess.

• Combine what's on the counter with what's in the cabinet, and upgrading an order never costs you a serving.

• Unlock new counters, new recipes and new faces as Hana's journey moves from one city to the next.

Guests sit down, tell you about their day, and leave the rest to you. Your job is to listen, work out what would actually help, and set it down in front of them. It's a cozy puzzle game about paying attention, with no timers and no clock running down.

Every new counter brings a different menu and a different crowd. Someone with a deadline in two hours doesn't want to unwind, they need to keep going. Someone who just walked in from the cold will not warm up on anything chilled. And when a plain cup won't do, the cabinet beside you turns it into something worth remembering. Each round gives you only so many servings, so what you lift from the counter counts. Read the room first, then serve the whole table at once.

Hana has wanted a cafe of her own in Sapa for as long as she can remember. Between shifts her story unfolds in small moments: the guests who arrive with more on their mind than an order, and the slow work of getting closer to the place she pictures. Follow her from city to city, each with its own counter, its own flavours and its own people to read.
