Calcio Totale is a single-player football management game that captures the spirit of the classics while changing the perspective: instead of taking the traditional role of manager, you take charge as a club’s chief executive.

Define the club’s strategy, build a sustainable organisation, and face the sporting and financial consequences of every decision.

Two career paths

• One Shirt — choose a club and tie your entire career to its colours.

• Path to Glory — start in the lower divisions and build your reputation as an executive through results, assessments, new offers and the possibility of dismissal.

Run the club

Manage the transfer market and negotiate signings, sales, loans, contracts and pre-contract agreements. Organise your staff, develop the academy and invest in the stadium and training facilities.

Monitor cash flow, the income statement, credit and player-registration accounting. Develop sponsorships, television rights, ticketing, communications, social media and merchandising to strengthen the club’s future.

Delegate or take control

Assign a mandate to the technical staff and let the head coach and assistants manage line-ups, tactics, training and matches according to their abilities.
