About This Game

Become a Card Grader

Looking at trading cards all day and getting paid for it? Sounds too good to be true. Because it is.

You start working at a small card grading company, hoping to rekindle your nostalgia for trading cards. What you didn't know was what dark secrets lurked inside those cards.

Inspect Cards

Use tools to inspect the cards for imperfections and anomalies. The lamp's light reveals scratches. A centering tool helps you check the card's print alignment. For a closer examination, use a magnifier. But some anomalies call for more... unorthodox methods. What are you doing with those scissors?

Discover Anomalies

Missing details in the card layout. Hidden messages that reveal themselves. A melting face in the artwork. And was that whispering coming from that card? Don't lose sight of your surroundings either, as some cards' anomalous powers will break free from the paper vessels they are printed on.

Grade and Contain

All this time, you thought card grading was about protecting the card? Foolish! Quite the opposite. You seal them away to protect the outside world from the card.

Fill out a Grading Form to document your observations! Make no mistakes! Insert the form and your card into the Grading Machine. Press to seal! Everything done correctly? Enjoy your payout. But fail to spot an anomaly, and you may pay with your sanity. When there is no other option, the card shredder might be your only way out.

Break the Daily Cycle

Correctly graded anomalous cards are extremely valuable. And your boss really likes money. Is putting your life on the line for material gain really worth it? Too bad, because he doesn't let you leave. You have to find your own way to escape.
