The demo is limited to the guided tutorial scenario and one city, with a maximum playtime of 3 in game years. Some mid and endgame content requires more than three years to unlock and therefore cannot be reached in the demo.

Scan the market for new listings, gather information, estimate property values, and decide which opportunities are worth pursuing.

Then negotiate directly with sellers. Read their temperament, make offers and counteroffers, and know when to walk away. Push too hard and they may refuse. Fold too early and you leave money on the table.
