Start with limited capital and decide how to put it to work. Create companies across different industries, open and upgrade assets, hire managers, manage expenses, launch advertising campaigns, and expand into new states.

Economic size, operating costs, salaries, rent, land prices, and opportunities for different industries vary from state to state. A strategy that builds a successful business in one region may perform very differently in another.

Use loans to access additional capital and accelerate expansion, but reckless borrowing can leave you unable to meet your obligations and ultimately lead to bankruptcy.
