Small office. Big ticket energy.

The internet has gone for a walk. The printer is eating a report. Gary would like a word about his mouse, and he would like it now.

PLEASE FIX! is a funny time-management game about being the entire IT department. Grab the right tool, get to the right desk and do the fix yourself, before your coworkers' patience runs out and somebody throws their monitor across the room.

Keep them waiting and they crack.

Everyone's patience drains in real time, and you can watch it go: a hand up, then a frown, then steam. Leave someone long enough and they snap, the monitor goes, and the anger spreads to the desks around them. Everyone in this office is somebody:

• Gary has a short fuse. When he goes, it spreads further.

• Bea is patient, but she takes her time with the duck.

• Chad tried to fix it himself first. It's worse now. He tips, though.

• Linda sometimes brings you a coffee.

• Priya can't wait, but she tips very well.

• Dennis occasionally forgets he asked.

Grab a tool. Do the fix yourself.

Every problem shows you what it needs, so your technical qualifications can be "owns a mouse." Each repair is a little game of its own:

• The reboot remote: press in the green.

• The spare cable: tap it home before it slips back out.

• The printer kit: pull the jam out. Let go before it tears.

• The emotional support duck: the entire repair is saying nothing. Press anything and they lose their train of thought.

You carry two tools at a time, the bigger jobs need more than one, and people catch your sleeve on the way past: "While you're here…"

A perfectly normal week at the office.

The shared printer chooses violence and buries the floor in paper. The network goes down and everyone's patience goes with it. The fire alarm sends half the office out to the car park. And on Wednesday the boss does his rounds, handing out VIP jobs and taking points off you for every meltdown he sees.

Clock out. Pick a perk. Clock back in.

Monday teaches you as you play, one tool at a time. Play with a keyboard or a controller; the game shows whichever you're using. Set music and sound separately, turn the screen shake off, and pause whenever you need a real break.
