RogueForge is a 2D open-world survival crafting game that brings gathering, farming, building and combat together across diverse biomes. Draw it. Craft it. Wield it.

Design the shape of your weapon at the weapon workbench and choose the materials that bring it to life. Equip your creation and use it in the world. Progress from wood and stone to metals as you prepare your own gathering tools and combat gear.

Make a home between adventures

Plant seeds, grow crops and cook meals with the ingredients you gather. Build a home and useful facilities, arrange indoor furniture, store supplies in chests and rest in a bed. Hunting and raising animals can become part of your everyday life, too.

Meet communities with lives of their own

Discover settlements whose residents go about their own work, including farming and carrying supplies. Trade with them for the goods you need and explore the surrounding regions as you expand your daily life beyond home.

Experiment with runes and explore dungeons

Engrave rune fragments into your equipment and combine their properties to discover new effects. Prepare your gear and food, explore dungeons, seek out treasure chests and take on bosses.

A landscape shaped by time and weather

Travel across layered terrain, rivers and waterfalls as you explore different biomes. Day turns to night, rain and snow change the scenery, and you can move between adventure and quiet moments at your own pace.

About the playtest

• This is a work-in-progress build. Content, visuals, controls and balance may change during development.

• Each account can play up to 20 in-game days (about 6 hours 40 minutes) in the playtest. The playtest runs until October 31, and your character and world carry over to the full game.

• Korean and English interfaces are available, with translation and usability improvements ongoing.

Generative AI tools were used during development to help create and refine some 2D artwork, icons and promotional images, and to assist with store-page text and translation. These assets are prepared before release and reviewed by the developer. The game does not generate AI content during gameplay or connect to an external AI service. Player-designed weapons are created with the in-game drawing and crafting tools, not generative AI.
