About This Game

It's volleyball. Until someone dies.

Blood Volley is brutal fantasy volleyball, where balls, fists and dirty tricks win matches. Lead your club in an asynchronous online championship against other players. Build a team of humans, orcs, undead or Underbench, develop your players and fight for the cup. Bribe the referee, start a brawl and lob a chainsaw over the net. The crowd loves that sort of thing.

Spike. Block. Brawl.

Serve, receive, set, attack, block: proper volleyball, played by fantasy bruisers. Choose who attacks, or forget the ball and pick a fight at the net.

Injuries Leave a Mark

When armour fails, you can lose more than a point. Knockouts, serious injuries and deaths can tear up your team sheet, and a wounded veteran may never regain their old form. A medic might save a living team. The undead go without one: regeneration gives them a chance to return after a serious injury.

Four Kinds of Trouble

Humans, orcs, undead or Underbench: choose who takes the court. The Underbench are two-foot-tall acrobats who serve with a flip and brought a toad named Gulper. Each race has its own players, skills and style of play.

Dirty Tricks, Fair Prices

A chainsaw over the net, bombs, smoke and a pocket portal: your club's kit bag holds plenty of ways to ruin the opposition's match. If the referee reaches for a card, a bribe might change his mind.
Watch the stands, too. A well-aimed mug can knock a player out.

Even the Sky Wants Blood

The forecast belongs in your match plan. Ten weather conditions affect play: rain and frost make receiving and setting harder, while blood rain strips away the protection of armour. The weather can change between sets, forcing you to rethink your tactics. Even a wayward ball can knock a chunk out of the castle wall.

The Bookie Is a Goblin

Build Rezo a gambling den and try your luck with bets, lottery tickets or the slot machine. You could win resources for your town, useful items and bonuses for the next match—if the goblin doesn't clean you out first. You play with in-game resources, never real money.

Name your club, choose its crest and colours, and put your own photo on the stadium's big screen. Give the opposition a face to remember.
