LUMESPROUT is a pixel-art action roguelite about reclaiming seeds from enemy hordes. Fight with automatic fire, break through encirclements with dashes and pulses, and use the light you bring home to upgrade your greenhouse. Prepare for your next expedition and challenge the guardians of six gardens.

Make a path through the horde

Enemies grow stronger as time passes. Dodge charging foes and incoming projectiles, then unleash a pulse to push back nearby threats. Focus on movement while your weapon fires automatically, or aim manually to concentrate your attacks on a dangerous target.

Choose your strength

Pick offensive, defensive, and utility upgrades as you level up. Shape your approach with three weapons, weapon evolutions, and equippable relics. Discover Judgment, Blessing, and Growth out in the field—and turn a desperate fight in your favor.

Head home—or keep fighting?

Collect three seeds and face a choice: return with your rewards, or stay to earn more and finish the mission. An early return lets you bring your earnings home, but unlocking the next mission requires completing the current mission’s objectives.

Reclaim the light of six gardens

Take on 24 missions across six regions, from a slumbering orchard to the garden at the heart of your journey. Gather seeds, defend capture points, hunt elite enemies, and confront each region’s guardian. Between expeditions, spend your light on greenhouse upgrades and prepare to venture out again.

Generative AI tools were used during development to assist with programming, gameplay and balance systems, mission and narrative text, UI copy, Korean–English localization, and some store and marketing text. Generative AI was also used to create an early pre-rendered concept image for the game's visual direction. The current in-game character and environment artwork, fonts, music, and most sound effects are human-created assets used under their respective licenses. The game does not generate content with AI at runtime, and players cannot submit prompts or interact with generative AI.
