About This Game

Heaven and Hell are at war, and humanity’s home has become their battlefield. The dead stir beneath forgotten graveyards. Demons emerge from fractures deep underground. Behind the flickering lights of a small town, survivors wait for another dawn.

In Idle Dungeon: Endless Expedition, join the Angel’s Sword, recruit adventurers, and lead an expedition into dungeons consumed by darkness. Gather loot, develop your companions, and confront the demonic rulers waiting below.

Blending idle progression, party building, and turn-based combat, this dark fantasy RPG brings its world to life through stylized 2D pixel art. Every expedition brings new resources, new equipment, and another opportunity to strengthen your company.

Recruit Your Company. Shape Every Adventurer.

Recruit companions from five classes: Holy Swordsman, Ash Priest, Berserker, Ranger, and Elementalist. Build a roster of up to 20 adventurers and choose up to five for each expedition.

Every character earns experience and levels independently. Allocate points across Strength, Vitality, Dexterity, Intelligence, and Spirit, then develop two class talent paths to improve abilities and unlock additional skills. Give your companions their own names and make them part of your company’s story.

Let the Party Fight—or Take Command

Before setting out, drag your adventurers into position on a 3×4 formation grid and prepare your supplies.

Use automatic combat to let your party handle encounters, or switch to manual control to select attacks, skills, items, and targets yourself. Manage MP and decide when to spend valuable supplies.

Enable automatic stage progression to challenge successive stages. Once your party reaches a region’s final stage, repeated runs offer further opportunities to gather equipment and strengthen your adventurers.

Descend into Darkness

Explore an abandoned graveyard and a dungeon torn open by infernal rifts. Unlock stages in sequence, with each stage featuring ten enemy waves followed by a boss encounter. Later waves bring larger groups of enemies to overcome.

Battle skeletons, fallen cultists, hellhounds, and other creatures of darkness. Defeat the bosses guarding your route before confronting enormous regional rulers that occupy a 3×3 area of the battlefield.

Turn Loot into Power

Equip your adventurers across ten slots, including weapons, armor, a ring, an amulet, and a trinket. Discover equipment with different rarities and randomized stats, refine your loadouts, and strengthen prized gear at the blacksmith.

Sell unwanted loot to fund your next expedition. With room for up to three supply types on each journey, preparation matters alongside character growth.

Strengthen the Guild. Uncover Forgotten Stories.

Return to town to recruit at the tavern, trade with local shops, and take on guild assignments. Invest in shared guild skills and equip badges earned by defeating regional bosses to strengthen your entire team.

Unlock item and monster codex entries, and collect ten pages of an ancient book. Their fragments tell stories of angels, demons, and humanity. Each page can also raise a chosen character by one level.
