Anyone can answer a question.

The challenge is choosing the right answer for this state.

Consider their priorities, their fears, and how each answer tries to persuade them.

You have 45 seconds to choose. Use the time to prove your judgment.

Fail to choose, and the state treats your silence as a negative outcome.

READ THE SUBTLE SIGNALS

Early choices may be easy to distinguish.

Later ones aren't as forgiving.

Positive, neutral, and negative answers become increasingly ambiguous.

Debates demand sharper judgment with every round.
