Save the Princess: Cards & Chaos is a deck-building roguelike featuring turn-based combat, strategy, and a healthy dose of chaos.

In this demo, discover the foundations of the gameplay through an Endless Mode where you'll face increasingly dangerous monsters and bosses. Build your deck, upgrade your Hero, use your cards wisely, and try to survive for as long as possible.

⚔️ Turn-Based Combat Without Mana

No mana. No energy. No waiting three turns to play your favorite card.

At the beginning of each turn, draw 5 cards and use whichever ones you want. Attack, heal yourself, gain armor, apply effects, and combine your cards to survive.

But be careful: your decisions have consequences, and one bad strategy can quickly turn a victory into a massacre.

🃏 Build Your Deck Your Way

Skills, items, equipment, passive cards... every card can have its purpose.

Upgrade your Hero, buy new cards from the shop, and adapt your strategy as you progress.

Some cards will help you survive.

Others will help you kill.

And some... probably should have stayed in the deck.

🛡️ Master the Armor System

Temporary Armor absorbs incoming damage, while Permanent Armor reduces the damage you take.

Understanding the difference between the two will be essential if you want to survive against tougher enemies.

🩸 Wounds Are More Than Just a Scratch

Taking damage can add Open Wounds to your hand. They take up space and increase the damage you receive.

Heal them at the shop before they turn into Scars... because yes, even your wounds have decided to make your life harder.

💥 Critical Hits

Strike at the right moment to deal devastating critical damage.

But your enemies aren't completely stupid: some have Critical Armor, while bosses may even be completely immune to critical hits.
