TROPHY FLEET is a top-down shoot 'em up where every boss you kill becomes your next ship. Fly an unbroken run from world to world, shoot out each core, and steal it. A full run is about an hour, and it never pauses.

About This Game

You don't unlock ships. You take them.

Every world ends with a boss. Shoot out its core and that core is reforged into your next fighter. Twelve worlds, one unbroken run, and a hangar that fills up with what you killed.

Shoot the part that matters

Every boss has real weak points: relays, anchors, roots, a throne. Hit those and the fight moves. Hit anything else and you are wasting shots. Light craft go down fast, so the pressure comes from formations and crossfire.

Fly what you took

The core you just killed becomes a fighter with its own guns, dash and ultimate. Between worlds, switch to any fighter you have captured. The hitbox is the same on all of them, so what your hands learned carries over.

The run never stops

No menus mid-flight. The ground changes under you, a set piece lands every minute or so, and the exit distance is always on screen. Somewhere in the later worlds you will be pinging the dark to find archive whales.

Features

  • 12 worlds, each with its own boss and its own bullet language
  • 13 fighters, every one after the first stolen from a boss
  • 24 in-flight upgrades that stack into chain lightning and orbital guns
  • Steam leaderboards for every world, plus achievements and cloud saves
  • A one-life Arcade Expedition for when the main run gets comfortable
  • Full controller support and Japanese voice acting

A clean run through the main worlds is about an hour. That is on purpose. The game is in learning to fly it well.

Art and synthetic voice lines started from AI generation and were selected, cut out and hand-aligned; nothing is generated while the game runs.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Pre-generated AI content: TROPHY FLEET's visual assets and its synthetic character voice performances were produced using AI image and voice generation as a starting point during development. Every generated asset was then selected, chroma-keyed against a solid key background, retouched, resized and hand-aligned by the developer before shipping. Boss artwork is collision-aligned to gameplay: each visible weak point on a boss sprite corresponds to an actual targetable hitbox at that exact position. Source masters and shipped runtime assets are both retained in the project repository.

The soundtrack is not AI-generated. It consists of 39 CC0-licensed music tracks, curated per world and normalized to -16 LUFS, with full attribution shipped in the game's THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file.

All game design, code, level authoring, enemy behaviour, boss mechanics and balance systems are the developer's own work.

The game generates no content while it is running. It sends no player data or prompts to any AI service or any other service, requires no network connection, and functions fully offline.
