About This Game

You don't unlock ships. You take them.

Fly one unbroken run through a dying world. Kill the core that seals its exit. Fly through that exit yourself — and the core you just killed is reforged into your next fighter. Twelve worlds, thirteen fighters, and every one after the first was taken from something you destroyed.

The run never stops

Each world is one continuous flight: no timers, no pause-and-pick menus, no fetch quests. The landscape changes under you five times, a set piece lands every 35–50 seconds, and the HUD always shows how far the exit is. Light craft die in one hit on every difficulty — the pressure comes from formations, crossfire and the rules of the space, never from bullet sponges.

Twelve worlds that share nothing but the loop

Crystal canyons that refract your own fire back at you. A sonar blackout where you ping the dark to find archive whales. Three live gravity wells bending every bullet on screen, yours included. Gold "will happen" and red "wants to happen" attack lines you cancel by killing the decision node. Two hidden worlds: a white void that erases every bullet, and a dream built from your own recorded flight paths. Every world has its own enemies, its own bullet language, and a boss with physical, targetable weak points — never one you can just hold the trigger on.

Thirteen fighters, no reskins

AEON RIFTWING detonates light craft along its dash path. CHRONO PHANTOM repeats every fourth volley a beat later and executes future echoes before they fire. NULL AURORA refreshes its shield by dashing through your own past flight traces. Thirteen silhouettes, guns, dashes, ultimates and passives on one shared hitbox, so muscle memory carries across the whole fleet — and you can switch to any fighter you have captured, between worlds, at any time.

Build while you fly

Five weapon frames, 24 in-flight upgrades and 5 irreversible evolutions that combine into chain lightning, orbital weapons and echo replication. Nothing pauses. A local adaptive director reads your accuracy, movement rhythm and dash habits and counters them — change how you fight and it pays you for it.

How long is it

A clean run through the ten main worlds takes about an hour. A first clear, with deaths and retries, is 3–6 hours; every fighter, badge and hidden world is 15–30; higher difficulties and one-life Expedition run well past that. A single run is short by design, the way it has always been in this genre — the length is in learning to fly it well.

How this game was made

TROPHY FLEET was built by a single developer. The visual assets and the synthetic voice lines were produced with AI generation as a starting point, then selected, cut out, retouched and hand-aligned — every boss weak point matches the artwork you shoot. Nothing is generated while the game runs, and the game works fully offline. The soundtrack is 39 CC0-licensed tracks; full attribution ships with the game.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Pre-generated AI content: TROPHY FLEET's visual assets and its synthetic character voice performances were produced using AI image and voice generation as a starting point during development. Every generated asset was then selected, chroma-keyed against a solid key background, retouched, resized and hand-aligned by the developer before shipping. Boss artwork is collision-aligned to gameplay: each visible weak point on a boss sprite corresponds to an actual targetable hitbox at that exact position. Source masters and shipped runtime assets are both retained in the project repository.

The soundtrack is not AI-generated. It consists of 39 CC0-licensed music tracks, curated per world and normalized to -16 LUFS, with full attribution shipped in the game's THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file.

All game design, code, level authoring, enemy behaviour, boss mechanics and balance systems are the developer's own work.

The game generates no content while it is running. It sends no player data or prompts to any AI service or any other service, requires no network connection, and functions fully offline.
