You fought through castles, bunkers, caves and desert towns to get Gunther back. Total Trampage is what happens after. Familiar ground, torn apart and rebuilt, plus a pile of new tools to tear it up further.

Five campaign levels come back remixed. New layouts, new encounters, new secrets buried in the walls. You think you know these maps. You don't.

Then there's endless. Eleven maps built around one question: how long can you last? The enemies keep coming. You keep moving. The rat keeps biting.

You set the terms. Challenge modifiers tune the fight: bullet speed, enemy damage, how much you can take. Crank them up to make it punishing. Pull them back if you just want the carnage.
