About This Game

Welcome to Chaikov — a stickman town where nobody's in charge.

No property managers. Hallways have been piled with twenty-year-old junk for as long as anyone remembers. No law and order — the only ones patrolling the streets are stray cats, and kids meaner than you. And no rules. Well, just one: only the living get a say in them.

But don't rush off. The less law, the better the loot.

That trash can on the corner? A gold watch might be buried under it. That boarded-up house with the "KEEP OUT" sign? Two gold bars tucked in the gap behind the safe. And that rusted old warehouse at the west edge of town — the lock looks ancient, but the goods inside are as fresh as the day they were hidden.

Dig. Pry. Kick the door down. Haul out every piece of worthless old junk that's actually worth a fortune:

A golden pocket watch that keeps better time than you do.

A solid-gold trophy the neighbor lady swears she never lost.

And the legendary golden plunger — said to unclog anything, including your empty wallet.

Stuff it all into your pack, make it to the edge of town alive, and sell it to the junk buyer who'll take anything. His prices aren't exactly generous — but they're enough for a new piece of gear and a bottle of painkillers, and that's how you become the coolest stick on the block.

But don't kid yourself — this job is anything but easy.

The town's "party" has been going for a long time, and you're the uninvited guest:

Greedy thieves watch your backpack, waiting until you're elbow-deep in a cabinet to strike.

Packs of stray dogs pick a target and chase it down for good.

Bored kids with slingshots and mischief wait until you're loaded to make their move.

And the weird neighbors guarding their treasures have been "hosting" on this street for decades — the last thing they want is an outsider cutting into their share of the cake.

Hurt? Bleeding? Knocked flat on the ground?

In Chaikov, the moment you go down, your entire hoard spills across the floor. Get lucky and you might grab half of it back. Get unlucky and you'll crawl out empty-handed, listening to the party rage on behind you.

So remember the Chaikov code of survival:

Take what you can. Run when you must. Scout your escape route before you loot, and never push for that last prize when you're already full. The money belongs to the town — your life belongs to you.

Dig through trash cans. Break into empty houses. Crack open warehouses. Run. Sell. Do it all again — every run is a new party, and every run could be your last one in this town.
