Midnight Rogues is a roguelike auto-battler where you arrange items across a timed tableau and build the sequence that fights for you.

Once combat begins, a countdown moves through your tableau and activates everything in its path. Put the right item in the right place, order your effects carefully, and build a combo that breaks the game.

• A short and satisfying loop of finding new items, arranging your tableau, and fighting enemies in an auto-battler format.

• Experiment with 1 character and over 60 unique items to discover new builds, interactions, and combinations.

• Collect 20+ unique relics and use their effects to shape your strategy throughout each run.

• Fight through 4 acts and face 8+ unique bosses, each with its own way to torment you.

• Take on 3 difficulty modifiers and push your builds further as the challenge keeps increasing.

ITEM PLACEMENT IS KEY

Buy powerful weapons and strange items, rearrange them on your tableau, and experiment with their order to maximize their effects.

Where you place an item determines how it interacts with everything around it, what activates first, and how the rest of your build unfolds.

The exact same collection of items can produce completely different results depending on how you arrange it.

GAME-BREAKING COMBOS

The strongest items aren't always the ones with the biggest numbers.

Slow down the countdown to squeeze more value out of an attack. Trigger another item out of order. Stack poison before multiplying it. Bleed an enemy dry. Reverse the timer and send your build back through the row.

Combine simple effects until your tableau becomes a machine that was never supposed to work this well.

HUNT DOWN THE CITY'S CORRUPTED HEROES

They call you the Midnight Rogues, three disgraced young superheroes given a second chance by the mysterious Mr. Wizard and sent into a city filled with superheroes who have gone too far.

He calls them Degenerates: corrupted heroes and former protectors now marked as threats.

Every enemy is another hero on his list. According to Mr. Wizard, if you don't stop them, they'll bring the whole city down.

Fight your way through The City, collect new items, rebuild your tableau between encounters, and adapt to a different set of tools every run as you hunt down the Degenerates. But taking down a corrupt hero doesn't always make The City a better place.
