WHAT IS FinAle?

You are a Space Jockey, Fin, aboard Hope Station. With your freshly awakened A.I. companion ALE, it is your task to spread hope to your fellow Llubs - by keeping the music playing across the Great Circle.

Reboot and rebuild Hope Station, explore multiple moon surfaces and Llub facilities, and use the Jukebox to broadcast the music that inspires your species to continue. Or so you hope.

FinAle is a 2D side-scrolling cosmic survival-horror about complacency, routine, and the finale that begins the moment the music ends. Inspired by Resident Evil 4's action combat, Signalis' oppressive retro atmosphere, and Outer Wilds' curiosity-driven mystery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Keep the music alive. Your song choices broadcast across the galaxy from the Jukebox, bringing hope - and safety - to every Llub.

Survive close-quarters horror. RE4-style side-scrolling gunplay, staggers, and tense resource management against things that should not exist.

Meet ALE, your AI companion. Fin is ALE's primary objective... but not everything is as it seems.

Don't judge a horror by its cover. Every entity you meet needs something. So when they visit - be cautious.

Get lost in atmosphere. Detailed pixel art, dynamic weather, and a diegetic soundscape that is quietly, deeply wrong.
