About This Game

Have You Lodged a Ticket? is a co-op workplace comedy game about the most dangerous job in the corporate world:

IT support.

You and up to two other technicians are thrown into an office full of broken computers, confused employees, urgent tickets, questionable priorities, and problems that definitely could have been solved by turning it off and on again.

Start each day at the helpdesk, check the ticket queue, then head out into the office to track down users and fix their problems before the clock runs out.

Some tickets are simple. Some are urgent. Some are somehow a P1 because Karen can't print.

Work together, split up, remember where everyone sits, and try to keep the office functioning long enough to survive another day.

Fix Tickets

Find the right desk, diagnose the problem, and complete simple interactive IT tasks to resolve each ticket.

Manage Priorities

Tickets range from routine requests to critical incidents with strict SLA timers. Decide what needs attention first before your queue becomes a disaster.

Work Together

Play solo or with up to 3 players. Divide the workload, call out locations, help each other with urgent tickets, or simply blame your co-workers when everything goes wrong.

Survive the Workday

Every day brings a new workload and a quota to meet. Complete enough tickets, keep your SLA numbers respectable, and maybe management will let you come back tomorrow.

Experience Corporate IT

Expect strange employees, questionable office decisions, stupid jokes, weird green technicians, and an IT department held together with cables, caffeine, and rapidly declining morale.

Remember: if it isn't in the ticketing system, it doesn't exist.
