Start with a small service shop, limited equipment and a strict payment schedule. Serve customers, negotiate profitable deals and complete tire jobs yourself. Pay off the debt, expand your operation and turn a struggling local shop into a growing tire business.

MEET CUSTOMERS AND MAKE THE SALE

Every customer arrives with different needs, expectations and a price in mind. Ask the right questions, understand what they are looking for and recommend the right tires.

Your responses affect customer trust. Set your price, handle counteroffers and decide how far you are willing to push the negotiation. Higher prices mean higher profits—but push too hard and the customer may walk away.

DO THE WORK YOURSELF

Bring the customer’s vehicle into the service bay and complete the job step by step.

Raise the car on the lift, remove the lug nuts and wheels, separate the old tires from the rims, fit the replacements, balance the wheels and install everything back onto the vehicle.

From making the sale to tightening the final lug nut, the job is yours.

CHANGE, FIT AND BALANCE THE TIRES

Removing the wheel is only the beginning.

Use the tire changer to separate the old tire from the rim, mount the replacement and prepare the wheel for balancing. Place it on the balancing machine, complete the process and return the finished wheel to the vehicle.
