About This Game

Mortan is a PS1-style roguelike shooter where you fight your way through a gauntlet of arenas to prove you're worthy of facing what lies at the end. No two runs play the same because every encounter, every perk, every chest reward is different.

As you push deeper, you'll become stronger and capable of defeating what lies at the end. Every run brings you closer to that goal.

Gameplay

Mortan is a single-player roguelike third person shooter. Fight through waves of enemies like skeletons, bugs, wraiths, and more using ranged weapons, precise aiming, and careful positioning. Between fights, choose from a variety of perks to shape your build, crack open chests for rewards to swing a tough fight in your favor.

The key is surviving each run's set of challenges to reach what's waiting at the end. Manage your build, read each new dungeon layout on the fly, and decide which fights are worth taking because if you die you will have to do it all over again.

Fans of build variety and roguelike run-to-run experimentation will find plenty to dig into here.

Game Features
