Your keyboard is a kingdom

Type, code, write, chat. Keyboard Kingdom grows while you work.

Place the game on your desktop and forget about it. Every key you press sends its strength to your castle and to the monsters at the gates. No clicking, no switching windows, no waiting for a timer.

Every keystroke counts

Each key is its own character in your kingdom. The more you press a key, the stronger it becomes. Your favorite keys will grow first, and a key's progress is never lost, even when you start a new run.

Grow your castle, fight the waves

Two things grow from the same keystroke:

• The castle collects experience. Each new level lets you choose a law.

• The monster waves take damage. Defeat a whole wave to reach the next one, and collect coins from every hit.

Each one makes your keys stronger against the other. Push both forward, or choose one and go deep.

Choose laws

Every castle level offers three random laws. Pick one. Take the same law again and it gets stronger. Some laws help every key, others help only certain keys or certain heroes. Build your own set of rules for each run.

Hire heroes

Spend your coins on heroes and place them on your keys. Every hero has a race, a class and their own special effect: one strengthens nearby keys, another presses neighbor keys for you. But a hero's life is limited. Every use of the key costs life, so plan where you place them.

Some races and classes are strong against certain monsters and weak against others. Learn the monsters of each wave and choose your team to match.

Start over, stronger

When progress becomes slow, begin a new run. Heroes, coins and laws are reset, but your keys keep their levels and your best castle and wave levels keep giving permanent bonuses. Try another castle or wave. Each one has its own rule and its own reward.

Play and work at the same time

Most of the game happens by itself while you type. When you have a spare minute, open the game, spend your coins, choose a law, level up a key, and go back to work.
