Welcome to your new job You arrived at the office expecting a normal job answering emails, but you quickly discover how the team actually survives the daily grind. Helping customers is secondary; the real challenge is the underground game your coworkers play every single day.

The daily challenge Every shift, the staff picks a specific word. Your goal is to write tech support emails that solve the customer's problem, but you must weave that secret word into your reply as naturally and seamlessly as possible.

Beware of the Quality Department The system is watching you. If the word feels forced, doesn't fit the context, or sounds like you are mocking the customer, the Quality department will flag your evaluation and fail you. You will have to rack your brain to camouflage absurd concepts inside the most formal corporate apologies.
