Castaway II has received substantial additions for this collection while preserving the original adventure:

• A wider view and pulled back camera let you see more of the island around you
  
• Menus, panels, the heads up display, and the minimap have been rebuilt for the wider presentation
  
• A new high resolution title screen and updated desktop menus
  
• Fullscreen support from the title screen and in game settings
  
• New keyboard controls for closing windows, confirming names, and returning to the desktop
  
• Automatic pausing when the game loses focus
  
• 28 new Steam achievements covering levels, bosses, quests, crafting, pets, and completing the adventure
  
• All Premium Edition content is available directly, including Premium equipment, with no account or separate purchase required

Keep Adventuring with New Game+

Complete Castaway II to unlock New Game+. Bring your character, levels, equipment, inventory, and pets into a fresh playthrough, with the story and quests reset. Face stronger enemies and bosses, with the challenge increasing each time you start another New Game+ run.

Steam Workshop for Castaway II

Make the islands your own with community balance mods. Workshop support starts with per-enemy customization: adjust health, combat stats, experience, loot drop rates, and gold rewards. Create your own changes from a neutral template or subscribe to other players' mods and select one in the collection launcher.

Modded adventures use separate local saves, with Steam achievements and Steam Cloud disabled during modded play.
