It might include some outfits for female as "revealing" and there might be a "kissing" event only for this game. Also the game has an option for "gore" , which is given option to the player for selecting whether allowing it or not (also for "blood" and "dismemberment"). The game also might include some "nudity" in some parts of the game (it is not decided and implement yet) However, these are not the main features and focuses of this game and if they appear somehow, they will have very minor parts in the game.
