You're broke and out of options, until your mysterious not-to-be-spoken grandfather, the same you have not seen in five years, leaves you his estate: a secluded farm, a highly lucrative "dairy" operation, and the same five women you spent your summers with years ago.

The terms of the will are strange and non-negotiable: live on the farm, restore production, and keep every resident happy. Fail any one of them, and the estate is liquidated.
