Tides of Caldmere is a dark-fantasy tactical RPG in the classic turn-based-tactics tradition — with one twist at its heart: there are no player and enemy phases. Every unit acts on a shared Charge-Time timeline set by its speed, so a swift skirmisher can strike twice before a heavy knight moves once. The turn order itself becomes a battlefield you can read — and bend.

• A living timeline, not phases — read the queue, then reshape it: knock a foe back down the order with Setback, surge an ally forward on a kill with Onset.
  
• Five stats, one Resolve — a single shared resource clings to life through a killing blow, or powers a guaranteed Execute. One pool, two uses — spend it well.
  
• Position is power — flanking pincers and high ground swing the odds, a light weapon triangle rewards the right blade, and arcane pierces plate.
  
• Build your war-band — classes and promotions, reclassing, point-buy growth, and weapon forging up to +5.
  
• Two generations — bonds deepen into marriages, marriages into heirs, and a time-skip carries your line into a second act.
  
• Play it your way — three permadeath rules from forgiving to ironvow, an Hourglass turnwheel to undo a misstep, and difficulty from Wayfarer to Reckoning.
