Devil on My Shoulder is a fast-paced psychological boomer shooter where you are trapped inside your own mind, where everything you struggled with in life has become real. Your memories, fears, and failures are now your enemies. With your body slowly giving up, your inner devil emerges — the darkest part of yourself, determined to drag you back from the edge.

Fight your way through a twisted world built from the failures, fears, regrets, and memories that haunted your life. Every step takes you deeper into the mind you tried to escape.

Your coma becomes a journey through everything you couldn't face in life.

Love. School. Work. Failure. Fear. Regret.

Each part of your past manifests as a twisted nightmare filled with enemies born from your memories and emotions.

But you aren't facing them alone.

Your inner devil walks beside you — mocking you, pushing you forward, and helping you confront the parts of yourself you've spent your life running from.

To escape the coma, you'll have to do more than survive.

You'll have to face yourself.

The coma is killing you.

Your only way to stay alive is to keep moving, keep fighting, and keep taking souls.
