Congratulations! You've landed a job at HebelSolutions, a premier customer support provider.

However, the celebration will have to wait—you still need to pass a 7-day probationary period to secure your permanent position.

Your duties are simple: read the support messages that come in on your PC and reply with what you think is the best response. Everyday people will write in with all sorts of problems.

As the days go by, strange things may start to happen. Don't panic—it's nothing more than a tasteless prank by some bored hacker.
