In epic, colorful battles, play as little Piou and put an end to Midas's reign. And don't fear Death — she'll be your only ally, at least as long as you keep paying her enough.

Game Features

• A playable cartoon — Hand-drawn backdrops, characters animated cartoon-style: every showdown plays out on a vivid canvas that Midas is busy turning to gold.

• Dodge, jump, strike back — Attacks rain down from above, sweep across the floor and cut clean through the arena. A dash, wall jumps and wall slides are your only defense.

• Learn his attacks, beware their variants — Every one of Midas's attacks comes in several versions that can swap in for the original mid-fight. The tell is familiar; what follows, less so.

• A pact with Death — Your lives are unlimited; your time is not!

• The Death's Gambit — Death's shop is a slot machine. Lock a reel, respin the rest, line up the symbols and hit the jackpot: luck is part of your build.

• Over 50 perks to combine — Four Aspects, four rarities: special ammo, devastating spells, autonomous clones that fight at your side... No two runs build the same arsenal.

• Several bosses per run — Bringing Midas down isn't enough. Every run pits you against a succession of foes, each craftier than the last.

• Stack the odds — From one run to the next, upgrade the Death's Gambit itself: its draws, its prices, and what it deigns to put on display.
