About This Game

Long after the world collapsed, you've somehow ended up with a roofless repair shop, a yard full of junk, and no car. Build something that runs, take it into Scrap City, race it, haul with it, recover better parts, then return to the Garage to improve or start all over.

Build a car from actual parts

Start with a chassis and bolt on wheels, a seat, an engine, fuel and cooling.

Mass, centre of gravity, wheelbase, driven wheels, tyres, suspension and cooling all change how the car behaves. More engine buys speed, heat, thirst and several new ways to find yourself in a ditch.

Find and recover parts from the open world

Useful parts are attached to donor machines abandoned across the ruins of Scrap City. Find one, work out how to move it, and deliver it to your Garage to unlock it.

Some donors can be pushed home by a glorified lawnmower. Others demand a tow rig, a crane, a careful route or friends willing to make the situation worse together. Performance parts are not sold. If you want the part you need to bring it home.

Race the result

Take the same car into street circuits, drag races and driving trials without leaving Free Roam. Weight moves, tyres lose grip and suspension works.

Events run from Yard to Unlimited class. Power-to-weight and tyre grip decide where your build belongs, so the largest engine is not always the answer. Classified finishes open higher classes; winning is optional.

Put your build to work

Fit a winch to tow cars, drag scrap or anchor to terrain. Build around a crane container to lift and carry physical salvage.

Make Scrap City yours

Play alone or host a friends-only Free Roam session for up to five drivers. Race each other, explore or turn a difficult recovery into a crew operation.

Races, trials and salvage pay Scrap. Spend it on Garage bays, new routes, venues and cosmetics. Scrap improves your operation, not your horsepower. Faster parts still have to come home on the end of a rope.
