About This Game

Play the free demo: four jobs on three moons and a showdown with the rival company's cyborg.

Dig. Haul. Get out alive.

Drop onto a hostile moon with up to three friends: on one couch, online or with bots. Drill through the rock, blow crystal seams open with C4 and carry the haul back to your pod. The biggest core crystals take two of you to lift, so someone has to watch your backs.

A moon to tear apart

Every map is generated fresh and every wall can go: straight down to the rich veins, around a nest, or a quick tunnel back to the pod. Eight moons, each with its own hazards, critters and fish, and a heart to break at the very bottom.

The hive wants you gone

More than 50 kinds of bugs come for you: swarmers, acid spitters, tunnelers bursting out of the walls, snatchers that reel your friends up to the ceiling, stalkers that only move in the dark, and nine bosses up to the Hive Mother herself. Rival mining crews work the same moons: share them politely, or not.

Run for the pod

Call extraction and the countdown starts. Get everyone aboard with as much ore as you can carry. Anyone left behind loses their share.

A ship to come home to

Between jobs your crew walks the patched-together Frankenship together. Bolt on new parts, hire a cook and a machinist, run the mess for tips, fit and repair your drop pod, help eight people with their own stories, and open packs of hive cards at the bar.

A moon of your own

Stake a claim, set down drills, silos and turrets, hold it against the raids, and terraform it stage by stage: from bare rock to a living moon with a settlement and a beacon.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Like many small studios, we used AI image tools to create Frankenship's pixel art and store images, then fitted every image to the game's palette and pixel grid. We wrote the English text ourselves and improved it with AI tools; the translations were made with AI. Music and sound effects come from human composers and licensed sound libraries. Screenshots and trailers show real gameplay. No AI runs while you play.
