In Popcorn & Premieren, every screening is a decision. Rescue a closed neighborhood cinema, earn back your audience and turn a fragile opening week into a business people want to return to.

Plan the week. Read the room.

Build a schedule on a real time grid. Film runtimes, cleaning breaks, age restrictions, contracts, prices and closing time all compete for the same hours. Fill the right hall at the right moment—or discover why a seemingly perfect plan collapsed after the doors opened.

Run the whole cinema

Assign staff to ticketing, snacks, admissions, projection and cleaning. Watch queues form, follow groups through the foyer and see guests find their seats. Energy use, maintenance, projector wear, cleanliness and waiting times turn management decisions into visible consequences.

Build a film market with a memory

200 original films rotate through premieres, regular runs, last-chance weeks, pauses and budget returns. Negotiate guarantees, revenue shares, minimum screenings and premiere bonuses. A film can be a critical flop, a profitable surprise or the title that gives your cinema a reputation.

Grow from one screen to a destination

Expand from a rescued single-screen theater to a two-level multiplex with seven halls. Add an IMAX-style large-format wing with steep seating, a giant screen and dual projection. Later, step behind the camera and produce foyer spots, social trailers and prestige trailers for your own releases.

Make the audience part of the show

Genre, rating, finale, price, word of mouth and occupancy shape the room. Laughter, gasps, emotion, applause, cheers and boos are not a fixed loop—they are the audience telling you what worked.
