The developers describe the content like this:

This game is built around a simulated gambling mechanic. Players stake their health, gold and attack on a rising multiplier and lose them if they do not stop before it crashes. No real money is involved at any point, and in-game currency cannot be bought or exchanged for anything of value. There are stylised body horror elements at drawings.

The game includes elements of chronic illness, bodily deterioration and death. Enemies are the player character's own failing organs and body parts.

Violence is stylised and hand drawn. There is no sexual content and no depiction of sexual violence.
