THE JOB IS SIMPLE. THE HOUSE IS NOT.

You and up to five coworkers get dropped at a house nobody else would touch. Mop the floors. Scrub the walls. Grind the trash. Pull the departure lever, get in the truck, go home.

That's it. That's the job.

Something in the ceiling disagrees.

CLEANING IS THE WHOLE GAME

• Every surface counts. Floors, walls, ceilings - filth is scattered across all of it, and the cleanliness meter does not care how tired you are.
  
• Pick your tool. Mop, broom, bucket, pressure washer, and a ride-on cleaning machine for when you have given up on subtlety.
  
• Your mop gets disgusting. Saturate it and it starts putting the filth back on the floor. Rinse it. Please rinse it.
  
• The cart is not your friend. Load it with junk, shove it through a doorway, watch physics happen.

SOMETHING IS IN THE WALLS

• Roaches scatter and swarm.
  
• Bedbugs latch on and do not let go.
  
• Antlions dig pits under the filth. You will find them by falling in.
  
• Moths go wherever the light goes - which makes whoever is holding the light everybody else's problem.
  
• Parasites do not kill you. They get inside you, and then your friends have a you-shaped problem.
  
• Spiders do not use the floor. They come down the walls and across the ceiling, and they nest in the corners you were just about to clean.

And if a spider gets you, it wraps you up and hangs you from the ceiling.

YOUR FRIEND IS NOW A STAIN

There is no rescue button. A cocooned teammate is filth on the ceiling like anything else - so grab a mop and scrub them off.

Scrub fast. It is a long way down, and something is watching you do it.

For everything else, there is a shotgun.

NOBODY LEAVES DIRTY

Pick a job from the CRT terminal in the truck. Every house is procedurally generated, so the layout you learned last round is gone. Clean enough of it and the departure lever unlocks - but the truck only takes whoever is inside when it goes.

Decide how much your coworker is worth to you.
