An island completely buried in trash, an endless ocean, and a new life you have to build from scratch.

Welcome to Trash Island!

Play solo or team up in 1-4 player co-op as you collect, sort, grind, and transform garbage into useful materials. Almost everything you find while cleaning the island can become a valuable resource for building your new life.

COLLECT, PROCESS, AND CRAFT

Old plastics, metal scraps, wooden planks, and all kinds of waste are scattered across the island.

Collect the trash, sort it, and grind it down into usable materials. Process things that look worthless at first, craft new items, and slowly build a system that works for you.

Because on Trash Island, there is no such thing as garbage. There are only materials you have not used yet.

BUILD YOUR OWN TRASH ISLAND

Do more than simply get rid of what you collect. Use it to create a place you can actually live in.

Build a small shelter, set up work areas, create storage spaces, and keep developing your island.

The more trash you collect, the more materials you have to work with. And the more materials you have, the more you can build.

HEAD OUT TO SEA

The adventure does not end at the shoreline.

Use the junk you find on the island to build your own boat and head out onto the ocean. Search through floating debris, discover valuable materials, and bring your findings back to the island.

The farther you travel from shore, the less you know about what might be waiting for you.

KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE HORIZON

Do not forget to watch the sea and the sky.

Ships and helicopters may occasionally pass near the island. Sometimes they leave behind ordinary trash. Other times, they may drop much rarer and more valuable pieces.

Spot them in time, chase them down, and try to grab the best materials before they disappear.

CLEAN UP THE ISLAND

Beneath all those piles of garbage, there is still an island waiting to be saved.

Watch the environment change as you clear away the waste. Take a filthy, abandoned dumping ground and gradually transform it into a place you can actually live.

Every pile of trash you remove reveals a little more of the island underneath.

PLAY SOLO OR WITH FRIENDS

Clean up Trash Island on your own or team up with friends in a 1-4 player co-op experience.

Split up the work, search for different resources, head out to sea together, and develop the island as a team.

Or ignore the plan completely, do whatever you want, and somehow turn the island into an even bigger mess than when you started.
