What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Early Access allows me to gather potential feedback that will be used to improve the game by adding or rework a current game feature that could result in game flow changes (like the current 0.95.0 version) and to locate and moves bugs and crash away from the game.

Bugs only relocate away from the game code and are not harmed or killed during working on this game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Due to a big rework, the estimated is 3-4 years minimum to keep my sanity.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version contains high-quality broken English, beautiful work-in-progress content, and inviting inaccessible but visible content. But finished yet improvable Arcade mode with some progression limited to the early level of the game.

The full version will have progression increased and much more content.
  • More Stages variation for each region. (10 minimum each).
  • A Story Mode with optional lore and codex.
  • More Arcade Mode customization.
  • Item Tier from II.00 to V.00
  • Player Level from 20 to 50
  • Difficulty Level from 2 to 6
  • More Ability, Item (no number planned, will keep adding as ideas come)
  • More Xecrystal Objective (10 minimum)
  • Better character model for the current playable Hillfur, Hydren, and Serphys.
  • More time-saving feature (add as ideas come)
  • Freshed out UI
  • More music and sound effects.
  • More enemy type.
  • No major bugs and crashes.
  • Localization Support (community translate)

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Arcade Mode at its core is finished, but it is only a box, waiting to be filled more and more, which is a primary 'meat-of-the-game' mode where every content except story will be procedural randomized there. Each playthrough is between 1-2 hours depends on the player's choices to explore more or goes directly to the game objective.

Story Mode is currently absent in Early-Access and its lore only appears as gameplay with no text to read about them. (They are optional, Arcade Mode is the real deal.)

Training Mode allows you to test ANY unlockable content in the game first hand.

However this is an early stage of the game, so there will be a sneaky bug and a crash here and there that I may not find at the first glance. This includes rare occasions like stuck AI, object, and routing randomization that causes a game to impossible to continue or crash the game outright.

The game supports customizable controls for mouse + keyboard and various other adjustments to suit your control style with multiple presets.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“It's free with donation-based.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“As a gamer trying to make a game for fellows gamers. I always looking for feedback, a suggestion for improvement, and a new addition, whenever it is a simple text change to new content, story and lore adjustment included, and in the future, I'll allow you to submit your content into the game, including but not limited to Character and ability. (Not modding, but through me and the game update)

The best place to post is to use the Store forum.”
