Build Your Immune System

Get Outta My Gut is a roguelite tower defense game where you protect your body from invading germs. Defend your heart with turrets, build blood vessels to keep them working, and cut the membrane to start each wave.

Draft Your Defenses

Draft turret cards throughout each run and combine turrets with different roles. Use antibody guns and pill mortars to deal damage, or cells that devour germs to heal the heart.

Cards range from Common to Legendary. Rarer cards offer more mutation branches, giving you more ways to develop each turret. Unlock additional classes and rarities through permanent progression.

Keep the Blood Flowing

Connect your turrets to the heart with blood vessels. Heart health determines the available blood pressure, so protecting the heart also keeps your defenses running. Guard the vessels against parasites that can cut off the supply.

Control the Swarm

Open and repair membrane gates to steer germs toward your turrets. Use narrow passages to bring the swarm into range of several defenses at once.

Mutate Your Turrets

Every turret has its own mutation tree. Upgrade antibody guns with homing shots and mortars with acid pools that linger after each blast. Combine attacking, healing, and support turrets to strengthen your defense.

Evolve Between Runs

Unlock new turrets, strengthen the heart, and improve future drafts through the permanent Evolution tree. These upgrades carry over between runs, even after a defeat.

Fight through 10 organs, each with 100 waves, new threats, elite germs, and bosses. After clearing an organ, return to face stronger germs on higher strain levels.
