Colony on the Run is a roguelite action-strategy game where you control a growing colony of bacteria struggling to survive inside the human body.

Your journey begins with just a single bacterium.

Vulnerable to heat. Vulnerable to cold. Vulnerable to dryness. Vulnerable to acids and alkalis.
Still, you multiply, evolve, and press onward in search of a place where you can finally live in peace.

■ Don't Fight. Run!

White blood cells are constantly hunting you down.

Guide your colony in real time, scatter when danger closes in, and dash away from pursuing enemies. Sometimes, a few bacteria may have to be sacrificed so the colony can survive.

You don't have to defeat every enemy.

Sometimes, running away is the best way to win.

■ From One Bacterium to a Swarm

Your journey begins with just one.

But as time passes, your bacteria multiply, growing into an enormous colony.

The more you multiply, the stronger you become. But grow too much, and the human body will notice.

How far should you multiply? When should you run?

Read the changing situation and keep your colony alive.

■ Evolve. Adapt. Survive.

Throughout each stage, choose from three randomly offered upgrades and evolve your bacteria.

Multiply faster. Move faster. Improve your toxins.

You can also absorb other bacteria you encounter to acquire new abilities.

How you evolve changes how you survive.

■ The Human Body Is Your Battleground

Travel through the throat, lungs, bloodstream, heart, brain, digestive tract, and beyond.

Every organ presents a different challenge. Get swept away by breathing in the lungs, carried by currents in the bloodstream, or pushed around by intestinal peristalsis.

White blood cells aren't your only threat.

The human body itself is trying to stop you.

Adapt to each environment and venture deeper and deeper inside.

After three minutes, a massive wave of antibiotics sweeps across the stage.

Running alone won't be enough to survive.

Sometimes, you must expose your colony to antibiotics, sacrifice some of your bacteria, and develop resistance for the final onslaught.
