If you could have a conversation with yourself as a child, what would you say?

"The Waiting Room" is a short story visual novel about a man, only known as the "Adult", who has a conversation with his childhood self, who in turn is only known as the "Child". The Adult describes to the Child the many struggles and successes life will bring. He looks back with deep emotion on factors that were both in and out of his control, and how these events shaped him into the person he became.

This is an emotional story exploring a range of themes and feelings such as:
