Why Early Access?

“Black Market INC. already has a playable business-building foundation. We want players to help shape how its production chains, contracts and management systems develop. Early Access gives us room to expand the game while learning which decisions, challenges and improvements matter most to the community.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Early Access to last approximately one year. This is an estimate rather than a fixed release date; the schedule may change as development progresses and we respond to player feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to build on the three existing production branches with additional recipes and contract variety, clearer progression and more reasons to develop a larger operation. We also aim to improve worker assignment, stock management and production overview tools, and refine the balance of costs, rewards and police pressure. Better onboarding, interface improvements, performance work and bug fixes are part of the plan. Priorities and the final scope may change with development and community feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version is a single-player Windows business-management game with three production branches: the Drug Lab, Forgery Station and Electronics Workshop. You can build and arrange your operation, acquire materials, manufacture products, fulfil orders, manage storage and workers, and deal with police pressure. It includes career objectives, saving and loading, 30 Steam achievements, and English and Slovak interface text. Weapon Workbench and Monster Creation Lab are not included in this Early Access release. Content, balance and usability are still being developed; please buy based on what is available now.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to keep the same base price during Early Access and when the game leaves Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to use the Steam Community discussions to gather bug reports, suggestions and feedback about production, progression and management. Player reports will help us prioritise fixes and improvements, and we intend to share development updates and patch notes through Steam. We will consider community ideas alongside the scope and resources of the project.”
