About This Game

This is a building, logistics and resource management game set in a medieval fantasy world, combining RTS-style controls, production chains, and hands-on transportation planning.

You directly command workers to gather resources, move goods, operate production facilities, and carry out different tasks. Starting with a small group of workers and a simple production site, you will gradually build a production and trade network that stretches across the region.

Command Your Workers Like an RTS

Workers are not just numbers or background animations — they are units you directly control.

Select workers and assign them tasks such as gathering resources, transporting materials, operating workshops, and delivering goods. As your operation grows, you will need to coordinate more workers and more interconnected jobs while keeping your production network running smoothly.

Build Increasingly Complex Production Chains

Start with basic resources such as timber and ore, then combine and process different materials into more complex goods.

A finished product may require several production steps, with different facilities handling different materials along the way. You need to decide where to produce each item, how to supply the required ingredients, and how intermediate goods should be transported to the next stage.

As you progress, you will unlock more complex recipes and build larger supply chains in which multiple production sites depend on one another.

From Carrying Goods by Hand to Advanced Logistics

Every resource and product must physically move through the world, and your ability to transport goods improves as your operation develops.

At the beginning, workers can only carry small amounts by hand. Later, you can equip them with better carrying equipment to increase how much they can move at once. Eventually, you can introduce tools such as carts, allowing larger loads to be transported more efficiently over longer distances.

Better logistics equipment does more than improve numbers — it changes how you can design your production network. A route that once required several workers constantly carrying materials back and forth may become much more efficient once better equipment or transport tools become available.

From hand-carrying, to improved equipment, to carts and more advanced logistics options, you will gradually build a transportation system capable of supporting increasingly large and complex production chains.

Trade with Different Markets

Finished goods can be transported to markets across the region. Different markets have their own demand and purchasing capacity, so sending everything to the same destination is not always the best choice.

Decide what to produce, where to produce it, and how to transport it to its destination while balancing production efficiency, transportation requirements, and market demand.

Grow from a Small Workshop into a Regional Network

Acquire new land, construct additional facilities, hire more workers, and reach increasingly distant resources and markets.

As new recipes, production facilities, equipment, and transportation options become available, your small operation will gradually grow into an interconnected network of workers, production chains, trade routes, and markets spanning the region.
