When a classified medical research facility suddenly goes dark, a private military contractor is sent in to investigate. The mission appears simple: restore contact, assess the situation, and locate any surviving personnel.

But from the moment he enters the facility, it becomes clear that something has gone horribly wrong.

The halls are littered with the bodies of researchers and security personnel. Containment areas have been breached. Strange, grotesquely mutated humans roam the facility—and whatever caused the outbreak may still be evolving.

The facility's scientists had been conducting experimental research into a revolutionary cure for cancer. Somewhere along the way, their work crossed a line.

Now, trapped deep inside the complex, you must search abandoned laboratories, uncover classified documents, manage limited resources, and fight for survival against the horrifying results of Project Lazarus.
