About This Game

You just graduated high school. You've got $3,000, no CDL, and a used car that's seen better days. Everything else, the license, the semi, the fleet of drivers wearing your company's name, you're going to earn one delivery at a time.

Humble Hauler is a career management sim about building a trucking business from the ground up. Accept jobs, pick your route, and watch the delivery unfold on a dashboard full of gauges (fuel, fatigue, vehicle wear, ETA) while you make the calls that actually decide whether you turn a profit. There's no steering wheel here. The tension comes from managing everything at once, not from driving skill.

Every choice costs something. Take the risky city shortcut to save fuel, or play it safe on the highway? Pay full price for a guaranteed repair, or gamble on a cheaper DIY fix? Push through fatigue for one more delivery, or pull into a motel and eat the lost time? Bank your cash, or sink it into a second truck and your first hire? Nothing is free, and nothing happens in isolation. You'll have eight or more systems ticking at once, and they all pull against each other.

Start on two wheels. Work your way up through cars, vans, and box trucks, earning CDL endorsements as you go, until you're piloting a fully loaded semi across multi-stop routes. Then keep going: hire drivers, assign them vehicles, and watch your one-person hustle turn into a real fleet with its own income stream.

Key Features

  • Start from nothing, build an empire. $3,000, a used car, and a delivery to make. Work up through motorcycles, cars, vans, box trucks, and semis, each class gated behind a real CDL license or endorsement.

  • Watch it happen, manage what matters. No active driving. Deliveries play out on a dashboard of live gauges while you decide when to push, when to rest, and when to pull over.

  • 500+ vehicles. Real-world specs under fictional badge names, spanning 1980s beaters to brand-new 2026 models, motorcycles to full semis.

  • Every decision has a cost. Route risk vs. fuel efficiency, quick fix vs. full service, one more job vs. a night's rest. The sim always has a next-best option waiting.

  • Multi-stop routes and job queuing. Stack up jobs before you head out and run multi-stop deliveries, constrained by exactly how much your rig and trailer can carry.

  • A maintenance system with teeth. Pay a shop for guaranteed, instant service, or gamble on a cheaper, skill-gated DIY repair with real odds of failure.

  • Fatigue is a real cost. Sleep it off in a motel, your garage, or a sleeper-cab rig. Skip too many nights and a permanent fatigue penalty starts stacking against you.

  • Deep progression. Ten license and endorsement types, 50 character levels, and four skill trees with 35 total upgrades spanning driving, maintenance, endurance, and business.

  • Grow past solo driving. Hire other drivers, assign them vehicles, and build a fleet that earns while you're not behind the wheel.

  • Track your whole career. A dedicated Career Summary screen charts your profit, income sources, and spending over the life of your business.

  • Built for controller or keyboard, with on-screen prompts that switch automatically based on what you're using.
