About This Game

Minefield: Rupture is a game of logic deduction and survival with the soul of classic Minesweeper – number, cell, mine, marker – but reimagined from scratch. There's no avatar or movement: the entire game happens in your head and at the tip of your mouse. You read the field, reason, and decide.

You know the rules. A number, some cells, a mine somewhere. Simple, right?

Minefield: Rupture takes that certainty and shatters it.

Here, the board isn't a well-behaved grid. It's a living network of connected cells, with shapes that defy the grid and corners where no edge is safe. With each click, you're not just revealing what exists – sometimes you awaken something. The map breathes, reacts, and when you think you've mastered the situation, it finds a way to grow right under your feet.

It's still true deduction, but also a roguelite where you progress through increasingly tense runs, collect crystals, assemble a tactical arsenal, and learn, the hard way, that surviving is different from winning. No avatar, no rushing – just you, logic, and a field that doesn't play fair.

What exactly changes each match? That's best discovered with your finger on the trigger.

GEOMETRIES & MAP

Forget the usual grid. Besides the classic square, cells can be hexagons, triangles, or rhombuses – and each shape has its own neighborhood and its own way of deceiving you. You never know what challenge the next map will bring, and the fields are generated with irregular topology, so no two matches are ever the same.

MECHANICS: EVENTS & ITEMS

Revealing a cell might just be one cell... or the trigger for something. The field holds anomalies: disappearing data, jammed markers, things that move in the dark – and twists that are good for those who are watching. None of them eliminate you immediately, but all can change the game.

To fight back, you assemble a tactical inventory: tools that reveal, protect, and rewrite the very rules of the board. Buy from shops scattered across the map, save crystals, and choose wisely – spaces are limited, and the next decision could be the one that saves you.

CHALLENGE MODE

For those who want to deliberately get beaten. A selection of highly difficult maps, each with its own cruel rule – from total blackout to a ground that won't stop shaking. Win and prove it wasn't luck: each challenge holds its own victory.

CUSTOM MODE

Prefer to dictate the rules? Set up the game your way: choose the map size, geometry, and mine density. Perfect for practicing a specific format, hunting for the perfect map, or simply seeing how far your logic can take you.

RANKED MODE

Here the map isn't random: it's the SAME for everyone. A season of 10 challenges with fixed maps where the only variable is you. No layout luck, no excuses – just your deduction against the entire world's.

Every second counts. Your matches feed the global leaderboards: who went the furthest, who revealed the most cells, and of course, who was the fastest on each of the 10 maps. Study the field, optimize every click, and climb the ranking to the top. Do you have what it takes to be number 1?
