About This Game

A kingdom burns at the edge of the world. The throne is lost, the old order is broken, and every road forward asks what you are willing to sacrifice. In Ember Kingdom, you lead a single hero through a dark-fantasy journey of tactical battles, dangerous events, and hard-won upgrades.

CHOOSE YOUR HERO

Build your run around five classes: Warrior, Mage, Paladin, Rogue, and Warlock. Combine race, appearance, class identity, and talent choices to create a hero that feels like your own. Every choice changes the roads that open in front of you.

READ THE BATTLE

Combat is turn-based and deliberate. Enemies reveal their intent before they strike. Decide when to attack, guard, use a potion, apply a status effect, or save a skill for the turn that matters. Every action changes your resources, cooldowns, protection, and the shape of the next exchange.

BUILD A RUN

Plan a route through battles, events, rewards, shops, and campfires. Grow a talent route, unlock active skills, fuse secondary paths, and adapt when the road gives you a build you did not expect. A strong run is not only about damage; it is about knowing when to recover, when to gamble, and when to walk away.

If you like the route planning, escalating builds, and “one more run” tension of Slay the Spire, and the readable class fantasy, races, and larger-than-life adventure of World of Warcraft, Ember Kingdom brings those two flavors together in an original single-player RPG. It is not a crossover or licensed product: the world, characters, and systems are original.

During development, Ember Kingdom used generative AI to assist in creating some pre-generated game art assets, including backgrounds, UI icons, character and monster images, visual effects, and branding artwork. All assets were manually reviewed, edited, and integrated before being added to the game, and are included with the game as fixed files.

The game does not connect to any generative AI services during gameplay, nor does it generate text, images, sound effects, characters, or other content in real time based on player input. All journeys, events, and combat outcomes in the game are determined by pre-designed data and game rules.
